CAST & CREW FEE
The Cast and Crew fee is $30.00 per student PER SHOW TITLE.
The fee will be assessed for each show this year for cast or crew participation in the main shows this season.
Alternatively, your family can join the Aves Theatre Boosters at the Sponsor, Patron, or VIP Level and the CAST & CREW FEEs are covered for the entire year. CLICK HERE for details
PAY TO PARTICIPATE
The Pay To Participate fee is mandated by Sycamore Schools for participation in the High School Theatre Program. The fee is $75.00 for the 2022-23 school year, and it can be paid when you join the Aves Theatre Boosters. You can also pay the fee separately via the Parent Portal.
THESPIAN SOCIETY
The International Thespian Society (ITS) is the Educational Theatre Association’s student honorary organization. ITS recognizes the achievements of high school and middle school theatre students. Since 1929, EdTA has inducted more than 2 million Thespians into ITS. Having a Thespian troupe at your school raises the profile and stature of your theatre program, making both your school and community aware of the activities and success of your students. A school has a Thespian troupe that is led by a troupe director—usually the school’s theatre teacher. Sycamore students should get approval from Mr. Whapham BEFORE this fee is paid. The fee is $31.00/student which includes a small fee for paypal. The fee needs only need to be paid once have applied and been accepted. The fee includes a 1-yr subscription to Dramatics magazine.
Students must earn 10 Thespian points to be eligible for induction. Thespian Point System
