To get reimbursed for purchases made on the Boosters' behalf, submit the online REIMBURSEMENT FORM. Please remember that Aves Theatre Boosters CANNOT reimburse for any tax paid.  Before you purchase, please contact the TREASURER for a tax-exempt form if you wish to purchase items without paying tax.

Please print and fill out the DEPOSIT FORM if you collected money to deposit in the Aves Theatre Boosters' bank account.
